This is a wonderful scenic trail, which boasts lush green hills, giving you incredible views. Day 1
HappyHari staff will be waiting for you at the airport with our company’s logo printed on the t-shirt and holding a sign with your name. Once you meet the leader you will be warmly welcomed and transferred to your accommodation in Kathmandu which will require approx. 25 minutes drive. After check-in at the hotel and refreshing you will be briefed regarding your tour programme. No further programme planned today.
Day 2
Scenic road drive will be the perfect solution for the 1st day till the place called Dhap. This beautiful hill serves the best view of the Himalayas and surroundings. There are local tea houses on this little chilly hill which serves the local foods with their garden vegetables.
Day 3
Now, ready to stretch your legs through the small villages. Gentle trail through farming terraces will take you to the place called Jhapre for overnight. In spring local jeep can be reached till this place.
Day 4
Some pastureland with mountain ridge makes the trail thrilling experience and you’ll be the Pikey Base Camp, today. In this pasture hill, quite common to see grazing yaks and quite close distance there is Yak cheese shop which is run by government.
Day 5
After breakfast 1.5 hr walk you’ll be at the Pikey Peak (4065m), the 360 degree view awaiting for you. This stunning view will leave you the lifetime print on your memory. After the the Pikey the downhill trail will lead you for overnight stay at Jasmane Bhanjang.
Day 6
Again with the amazing view with little up and mostly downhill trail through jungle trail you’ll be reached at the Sherpa Settlement called Jungbesi. The name of Jungbesi is derived from half crescent moon that is carved on a small stone on the riverside of this village. People of surroundings believe that that the moon stayed over there. This small moon carved stone is now, well preserved with Buddhist pray flag and mane (Mantra carved)) stone near the bridge on the way to Thupten Chholing (Refugee monastery)monastery. Jungbesi is one of the most beautiful Sherpa settlement in Solukhumbu. This village is rich in Buddhist culture and historical monastries. There is the early 18th century (Thondup Chholing) monastery in the village and Thupten Chholing monastery(Refugee monastery) about 1 hour gentle uphill walking distance which is build in 1967.Thupten Chholing monastery is probably the biggest monastery in Nepal Himalayan region through the viewpoint of containing the number of Monks and Nuns.
One extra day will deserve to explore this village.
Day 7
The final day 3/4 hrs walk lead you to the place called Phaplu for overnight stay. Phaplu is close from Salleri ,The district Headquater of Solukhumbu. So, Salleri has a lots of local guest houses, administrative houses and local restaurants. Every Saturday weekly market take place in Salleri, so local farming products bring to sell here from surrounding areas. There is one of the oldest jhaylsha monastery about one hour walking distance from Salleri. This Jhaylsha (Ghuyrma Samten Chholing)monastery is built in 1776 by Lama Pema Sanng-ngag-Tenzing. This monastery has become the witness of 2 powerful earthquakes (1934 and 2015).So, it's been raising again and again.
From Phaplu to Kathmandu 10 hours drive is usual shedule, not bad.

Early morning drive back to Kathmandu.
Day 9
Transfer to Int'l Airport according to your schedule.
