Route Description

The Annapurna circuit offers stunning views of the mountains, as well as monasteries, temples, and cultural landmarks.  The Annapurna Circuit Trek offers everything and more and you won't be disappointed with the views!  Starting by jeep from Kathmandu, you will eventually drive along mountain roads, up to Chame, where you will start your trek on foot.  You will walk high up into the mountains, gaining altitudes of up to 5416m (Throng pass) and experience a trek like no other.

After the Throng Pass(5416m.)the downhill trail leads you to the place called MuktiNath(3760m). Muktinath is a famous Pilgrimage site for Hindus and Buddhist people.

Jomsom(2720m.)Along the stunning mountains and Kali Gandaki River view trail take you to the Jomsom. Jomsom is the Local administrative centre for this region so the overnight stay of this town will be fruitful for the cultural and social aspects.
