Splashing Karnali
Nepal is known as one of the more remote countries in the world and the western part is no exception, being relatively untouched. Because of the country's geography, the ocean is thousands of kilometres away, but there are rivers that can be fished in, high up in the mountains. For this purpose, the Seti-Karnali river is a fantastic option. Freshwater fish that swim in the rivers rapids, is just one of the thrilling features of this River. This fishing expedition contains 2 nights in Kathmandu (on arrival and departure) and 7 nights sleeping in a tent. This comprises of one night at Nepalgunj Lodge and 2 (before rafting and after rafting) domestic flights. At the end of the Rafting expeditions we headed to the Nepalgunj (from where we take the domestic flight back to Kathmandu) for overnight stay. From Nepalgunj The Bardiya National Park which is popular to sighted Tiger is not far. So, If some of you want to spend two more nights which cost extra $ 300/-Usd.
